Parcels are sent using Australia Post with a tracking number.
Deliveries during COVID-19 have been delayed, even express post. Our main aim is to send out your order within 2 business days, depending on time of order and stock levels. We will contact you should there be any delays. We endeavor to keep our stock on hand.
International deliveries are sent via Australia Post.
Parcel carriers will vary between countries where final delivery may be completed by a courier or local postal service. A tracking number will be supplied.
Items can be damaged or lost in transit.
Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If any items arrive damaged, notify us within 3 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible. Please take photos of damaged goods and send them to us at email@example.com we will inspect the photos and communicate via emails as to the best way to rectify this mishap.

Other Countries - International orders may be charged customs and duties by the destination country, these charges are payable by the customer and not by Ginger Pegg.
